The team must have a common climate. Theyshould be good listeners, competent and devoted to work. Theteam should listen to ideas shared by others, and should also be able toconvince others when a different idea would bring better results. Teammembers should not produce negative opinions about others. Itis important that the team team is obliged to recognize the strengths andweaknesses of the team and timely support the team. Teamperformance needs to be monitored and team effort recognized and acknowledgedfor all their support during hard times.Speakingof the darker side of team work, when there is a lack of sense of unity amongteam members, however, a technically strong team will lead to a failure toachieve a task.
