It is very important to start the vaccination at early ages which most of the HPVs are from which in the few months of the infants.
The age of the patient who is being vaccinated is very important it changes the price of the vaccine too. The older the receiver gets the higher the price be, so its beneficiary for the patient to start vaccinated in early age (Szucs Thomas). In the Reasons for non-vaccination against HPV and future vaccination intentions among 19-26-year-old women article the study was focused on the young adult women who have revived the vaccination and the results were about a ten percent in United State that has been vaccinated.
The study was more focused on ages 19-26 years old women (Zimet 10.1186). A brief description about the results of the study has shown that even educated women are not being vaccinated; 89.2% had a college or higher level education was not vaccinated among the 185 people (Zimet 10.1186).
Overall, the participants have shared their experience, majority of the non- vaccinated female are diagnosed with cervical cancer and genital warts. Very low percentage of the participants are being vaccinated against HPV (Zimet 10.1186). Later on with the interviews and the questions that it was asked it came to the conclusion that society does not have enough education about vaccination.
To add more; parents have the lack of knowledge about the importance of vaccination. This is based on the studies that were done on only a group of the parents and their beliefs regarding appropriate timing of vaccination and correlates of vaccine acceptance (Johnston). Same studies were done on other groups of the parent which they were against vaccination. The results were parents endorsing only logistical barriers (Katz). Therefore as the studies and groups of clinical trials helped to gain the knowledge of the communities, the higher number of the individuals were open to receive vaccines and get more information. The two important highlights that the educational programs provide were factual information and mortality rates, to add more how the vaccine works. The factual information can be about the transmission process and cervical; mortality can be more about the logistical history of the diseases (Donahue). Also, it is very important how to explain the scientific information about the vaccines to the patients.
The information should not be very complex and hard to understand. The level of understanding of material should be very clear and used a very limited text. Adolescents are not being participated in the studies as much as the younger ages. This is because of the ambiguity about the legal and ethical rules for including adolescents in studies. The studies should not categories the participants based on their ages; as long as they can understand and have the capacity to make the decisions they can be part of the study (Battles, 2010).
