Why go to the gym you can maintain

Why is it hard to stick to good habits it is frustrating that we are trying to keep a new habit but we failed to do so. For starting 4 days you do exercise but on the 5th day you dont want to go the gym you feel lazy. Keeping habit going on requires lots of dedication discipline and focus. Forming a new habit is totally changing your behavior and it is difficult to do that.

What mistakes prevent you from creating or sticking to the new habits 1- so many habits at once you try to change everything at once and you fail to do even one. We already need so much time for the single habit to make a part of our life. And the failure will demotivate you and you will stop trying. Trying to stick to more habits will make you physically and mentally weak and next day you wont try. 2- no fun you dont enjoy doing it because it is changing you and you cant accept the changes so easily. You were already settled with the old habits and now you have to pay extra attention and extra efforts for that which gives you no fun.

3- we do not change environment we try to build a new and good habit in bad conditions which makes it difficult for you. For example- you can eat healthy food if you are surrounded by cakes pastries chocolates. Another example- it is difficult to concentrate on your work if you are getting calls messages and notifications. 4- we chose that we dont like dont add more difficulties in your life. If you are not willing to learn it dont impose it on yourself. Tomorrow or day after tomorrow you will leave it anyway. Dont choose anything that you dont like.

If you dont like jogging then go to the gym you can maintain your posture there. 5- you feel depressed if you miss 1 or 2 day due to any reason you miss a day to your regular routine and next day you think i have already missed a day no need of continuing it anymore. It is discouraging and so depressing that you stop doing it now. The rules to stick to good habits 1- it is very important that you chose one habit at a time.
